Legal basis for Data Collection


Processing the User's personal information (i.e. all information that would allow identification by reasonable means; hereinafter "Personal Information" or "Personal Data") is necessary for the fulfillment of our contractual obligations towards the User and to provide our services, to protect our legitimate interests and to comply with the legal and financial regulatory obligations to which we are subject.


The Data Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions exists:


  • the User has given consent for one or more specific purposes; Note: in some jurisdictions the Data Controller may be authorized to process Personal Data without the User's consent or another of the legal bases specified below, as long as the User does not object ("opt-out") to such treatment. However, it is always possible to ask the Data Controller to clarify the legal basis of each treatment and in particular to specify whether the treatment is based on the law, provided for by a contract or necessary to conclude a contract.

What information we collect


We collect two types of User's information.
